Corvus (legacy system) consolidates supporting functions often left as unsupported, site-specific non-systemised (e.g. Excel, Paper) solutions for likes of Supervisor Shift Logs, Crew Allocations, Personnel Organiser, Corporate System Data Exports for likes of 1SAP and Corporate Data-stores for broader Company reporting consumers.

"Before Intov8’s Organiser was implemented, contractors and permanent employees had separate leave calendars. This created a lot of confusion and attendance was not tracked correctly so leave couldn’t be verified against time sheets.Organiser combined leave calendars and which provided a good visual platform to allow supervisors to make more informed decisions so leave coverage was managed better. Being able to track live attendance and cross reference with leave dates gave a clear transparency when paying staff and as a result money was saved.Intov8’s support while implementing Organiser at a site level made it easy and manageable. Being able to believe in a system is a battle but with Organiser having key functions that assisted our everyday tasks and being able to save money it was easy to adapt to a new way of working.I now sit in a different role within the business and am using Intov8’s software on a different level. Planning for machines, I am able to track machine availability now and where and when our down time is. This is important so we can highlight areas of concern and room for improvement wherever possible."
